Major cracks and seams will be routed to accommodate the rubber. The cracks and seams will be blown free of dirt and debris then a M.T.O. approved hot rubber compound will be poured into the crack or seam.

We would saw cut an area around the catch basin, excavate as required, remove and replace damaged rings then backfill and pave.

Damaged areas will be identified, then the perimeter will be saw cut to ensure a straight edge.
The existing asphalt will be removed off-site.
The granular base will be graded and compacted and then paved with either two layers (heavy duty) or one layer (light duty) of commercial strength asphalt.
Potholes will be cleaned out, then the edges will be painted with a SS1 glue ready to receive hot mix asphalt.
